Manage Users:


There are some predefined user groups are available in ERPCA. These groups are as follows:

  1. Owner / Partner
  2. Manager
  3. Article/Interns
  4. Employees (Paid Assistants / Administrative Staff) 
  5. Receptionist
  6. HR
  7. Accountant  


 


Create User Account:

All the users can now be created by using "User" module. Only difference lies in the sub module of "Designation & Reporting" where users role and department can be allocated. 

1) Create Partner Account:


"Partner" in ERPCA refers to the chartered accountant who is practicing in your firm as a Director or Partner of firm. Partner is the person who will be responsible for managers reporting in your firm.


Check the "Enable Login Access" & "Is Active" checkbox to activate the Partner account and give the access in ERPCA to your manager. Below is the screenshot for your reference.
