In Chartered Accountant Practice "Customer Management" part a single customer can have multiple identities for each departments for which they are enrolled in the practice.
Let's assume customer 'X' is enrolled for , GST, Income Tax and Company law with the firm. But the details mentioned in GST can differ from those in the Income TAX department and same concept is applicable for all other departments. Data management for each department for a customer is called "Customer File Management" in ERPCA.
To manage customer file information, open Customer's module .
Click on the respective customer to open their profile. Please refer below figure.
After clicking the button, "Customer File Management" page will open. Refer below figure for detailed understanding:
The deparrtment will appear for the services which are tagged with the client.
Provide necessary information for corresponding department and click on "Submit" button to save the records.
