Forward / Re-assign Task:
Task can be easily forwarded or Re-assigned to the related assignee within corresponding department. Here we can directly assign the task to the related person through system by updating it time to time. Thus, there's no need to go to each and every assignee or article to allocate a corresponding work.
Through Task Board user can also re-assign the task click on "Customer name ---> Action" drop down choose Re-assign option.
In Confirmation re-assign pop up, select any resource from the list and click on Confirm button.
After clicking on Confirm it shows Confirmation pop up as below:
