Update Checklist:
Checklist comprises of all the documents which are required for the task, their respective activities to be done in your office and finally the outcome document that you need to give to your client as final document such as acknowledgement or certain Certificates. Checklist can be updated by clicking on "Task --> Update" Button.
Check List can be updated by using "Update" button shown as below:
You can easily move to next Task update or Previous Task by clicking on "Previous" or "Next" Task.
Note:The % of Task completion will be updated on the Task Overview based on the checklist of Document required(20%),Activities(70%) and Outcome documents (10 %)related to that task. Thus, the % increases & time gets logged in the overview when you check on the various activities under checklist.
