WHO OWNS MY DATA
Though the data resides on the cloud, you are the ultimate owner of your data. Till the time you continue your subscription at ERPCA you will be able to access your data. When you decide to discontinue the subscription, your data will be deleted from the cloud after taking a back up of the data, which will be handed over to you.
Data is completely secured as its stored in AWS server with proper backups! Further it can be integrated with your Google Drive/One Drive/Drop box and will be ultimately saved in these storage platforms but can also be accessed through ERPCA Document Repository.
WHO ALL CAN ACCESS MY DATA?
At ERPCA, the data can be accessed only through a valid login credentials. All users have to create their own password and neither ERPCA nor your admin user is aware of or have access to the password created by the users.
You can also enable/disable the permissions to access Document Repository for the users through Manage Permissions/Access Matrix
IS MY DATA SECURE ?
Currently the data and documents of your clients are either placed in an unlocked cabinet or lying on the desk of one of your employees. Additionally, you and your client openly use public email sites for transferring private and confidential data and documents. As compared to this, at ERPCA, both your data as well as documents are very much secure, because the cloud service providers server are located in data centres, which have stringent security & access measures built in for SaaS type of applications. The application at ERPCA is SSL secured (256 bits encryption) -SSL is protocol used for encrypting information over the Internet. Encryption is the process that ensures your personal information cannot be read or manipulated by an unauthorized party during transit. Data you send from your PC is encrypted (scrambled) before leaving your computer and is not decrypted (unscrambled) until it reaches our computers. The same goes for information travelling in the other direction, i.e., from us to you. Hence rest assured that you and only you are privy to your most important data.
WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES TO USE ERPCA ?
Any person who can operate and use internet / web based application environment will be able to understand and operate the application quickly. Our system is extremely user-friendly and easy to master. We also provide detailed user-manual and dedicated videos and trainings for better understanding of the system.
