Workflow Setup:


Workflow setup refers to the Task Automation for the Recurring Tasks. To Setup the workflow of a particular work-category, click on "WORKFLOW" Menu. 



Start with scheduling recurring task there are 3 ways 

1. Edit workflow or create new department

2. Setup recurring workflow

3. Tagged Customers


1. In Edit Workflow - 


Here you can add / update and delete the existing details of workcategory and further their document required, Activities and Outcome document lists. You can create new department as well.



just by clicking on Add/Edit Department button in shown above screenshot. To Add New Department in ERPCA fill the details like Department name, Manager (if any) and tick Is Active checkbox.


Delete Department - for this you need to click on department Name and then click on delete button. Before deleting any department details make sure you have deleted workcategories of respective department.


Edit Department - There is an edit button for updating existing department detail.


Once you have added New department you need to add workcategories under a particular department. To view workcategory, activity and document list from main menu click on Workflow - Edit Workflow - Select department from the drop down - Add New button

 

Once you create new workcategory following things need to add 1. Document required list, 2. Activity list, 3. Outcome Document.



Activity stage where you can mentioned main activity and write sub activity under Activity List. Outcome document is like closure document of that task.


2. Setup Recurring Workflow - 


Select Department from the Workflow and then click on Setup Recurring Workflow where you can schedule tasks with start and end date, give est hrs, fees, cost and Ownership etc.


Monthly Due Date -There will be a monthly task then select DUE date from dropdown

Periodic Due Date - There will be a task which will occur in every after 3,6 month

Create before days - how many days before task should get created

Ownership - Resource who is responsible for that workcategory

Est (hrs), fees, Est (Cost) - if your fees, cost and hrs is fixed for all the clients then mentioned here


3. Tagged Customer - 


Here you need to tag Clients with respective resources this is completely manual process. only one resource you can select for each client.



After clicking on that Tagged Customer count in pop up you can select clients, resource, if you want you can add est hrs, cost and fees.


Tick the client select your resource add further details and close it. All these details are getting save automatically. So from next month onwards tasks will get created automatically.
