To find out inward documents more specifically then you can maintain that document record in Inward Locations. Partner and Managers can access this page. Navigate: from main menu "Setup ---> Inward Location" view below screen.

Created location can be view in locations list as highlighted in below screen:
Edit / Delete the Inward Location:
