What should be done prior to activation?
1. Review/Update the "CREATE BEFORE DAYS" for recurring workcategory for your workflow. Refer below screenshot.
2. Make sure you have added the default owner of such work categories.
3. You can also assign team member to customers for all recurring workcategory.
4. At the END, Enable Task initiation mode to Auto for your account from your admin login
Based on above steps 1,2, and 3, ERPCA will start creating recurring task automatically.
