How to change/update the existing user email id?
Yes, You can change the existing users's details.
Steps to follow:
- Login from Admin Account
- Navigate to Users Menu
- Click on Actions against corresponding user profile in edit mode
- Change Email id/Mobile No/Name/Designation etc
- Click on Submit Button
1. Login as Admin/Partner
2. Go to Users>Select the user
3. Click on Action button of respective resource
4.Click on Reset Password
Here you can be able to reset password of the respective team member
There are two ways to Reset password:
1. Automatically Generate New Password:
2. Create New Password
1. Automatically Generate New Password:
Updated password can be shared through email id and also you can copy that password and share with the resource.
2. Create New Password:
For both the action you can be able to send an email to resource.
Manage Permissions:
Partner/Admin is able to give access of module as per user/resources. For this follow the below steps:
1. Login as Partner/Admin
2. Go to Users
3. Click on Action button of respective resource
4.Select Manage Permission
After clicking on Manage Permission you can view the below page and further provide or deny the access.
CLICK ON SUBMIT AT THE TOP AFTER GIVING ALL THE PERMISSIONS
Transfer Data:
You can transfer data from one resource to another for this, go to User ---> Action drop down ---> Select Transfer data option
This is specially done when someone leaves the organization and all the ongoing and completed work has to saved in the database and assigned to someone else.
From the below screen you will come to know that, all the task is now going to transfer to another resource
Release Device:
Any user can login to mobile app once only. If due to any reason the user needs to change the device or needs to re-login, then the respective user has to get their device released from the system.
For this they need to coordinate with their HR or Reporting Head or System administrator.
Go to User --> Select Device Details
Select the device and click on Release Device
