Service Request:
All the service request coming from customer mobile app can be viewed in web portal. Here you can View list of all service requests on which you can reject or convert to task.
All Converted task can be view in all task board where you can take necessary actions on those services. For this you need to login as Admin, from main menu go to Service Request and then from action drop down select the options.
1. Convert to task - convert service request to task
2. Delete - delete the respective service request
3. Declined - declined service request
