How to assign account manager to customer?
You can set account manager to each customer's through this manager can track of that customer's task and details etc. irrespective of to whoever it is assigned. All the task of this client will be visible to him so that he can look after all the tasks and take follow ups.
Navigate to main menu Customer ---> create New Customer ---> select Manager for that customer.
