Leads Management:
In What's New - INSTALL the Lead Update then you can view Leads page.
Leads page:
1. Click on Leads menu
2. Click on Add New Lead - If you want to create new lead
3. Click on Name - To create and update Lead owner, schedule task, Meeting, Call
4. Action drop down - you can edit, delete, view logs or change the status of respective Leads.
Filter leads by Assigned, not assigned, status and user etc. also yopu can Export all the leads details in excel.
