Task Insights:
Admin can view entire task Over extra time, Overbudget, Unbilled, More time than assigned hrs. Click to view where you can view listing of related data/menu.
1. Over extra time: It will display list of tasks which took more time, here you can edit he fees.
2. Overbudget: It will show you list of all over budget tasks, here also you can edit the fees
3. Unbilled: in the unbilled task, you can view task which are ready to bill, here you can create multiple bill by editing fees, description, SAC code, etc
4. More Time than assigned hrs: you can view all the task which took more time to closed.
5. Revenue Analysis: Revenue analysis by user, workcategory, billing, task wise
Average Data Point:
Here you can view billable, non-billable and ad-hoc hrs, average time spend on each task.
Financial Observation:
here you can view yearly business analysis, list of customer wise outstanding billing, customer with good payment, work category wise business.
Customer Insights:
1. you can view all the customer to whom task is not created
2. you can view list of customer to which workcategory is not tagged
3. list of all customers who contribute more for revenue
Team Insights:
you can view employee performance here, you can see the person who takes more time, take more hrs than assigned hrs, no of open tasks, no of leaves, less attendance.
