How to share document or folder with another resources?


Customer's details like their Documents and folders are store in ERPCA or their Onedrive, gdrive and dropbox. Uploaded documents and folder you can shared with another resource. 


First, need to give enable option Enable Document Sharing:

1. Login as Admin

2. Click on System Config

3. Click on Document Setting option

4. Tick mark Enable Document Setting check box

5. Click on Save button.



After enabling this feature you can able to share document/folder with another resource.

1. Login as User

2. Go to main menu Utilities

3. Click on Document Repository

4. Select folder/document

5. Click on Manage Permission

6. Select resource from the dropdown 

7. Click on Grant Access Button



remove the permission then click on Revoke link.
