If your Facebook business page is verified then send an Invitation to [email protected] from Invite People
If Facebook business page is not verified then need to Connect with ERPCA Support Team
for template creation you will have another portal https://wbbox.in/Account/Login
for creating new template in WBBOX:
1. login in WBBOX (which ERPCA Support Team will provide)
2. Click on main menu Templates
3. Click on Manage Template
4. Click on Add New Template
After approval need to tag those template with instances;
1. Login as Admin
2. Click on Integration
3. Scroll down the page click on Connect button 'Official Cloud API'
4. in pop up Add further details like
1. Channel - take the channel number form WBBOX
2. API Key - in WBBOX my profile there is an API key which you need to copy paste here
3. API URL - type this https://cloudapi.wbbox.in
5. Click on Save button
6. Click on Manage Templates button
7. Click on Sync Templates
