Clients want to know about different services given by CA for this Client will send you service request from the Customer Mobile App. Admin will receive all these request in his/her web portal.
For this:
1. Login into Customer mobile App
2. Click on Request Tab
3. Click on + button
4. fill all the details
5. Click on Submit button
6. Upload any required document you want to add
7. Click on Submit button
8. It will show and generate your Request No
9. Click on Return to Home button.
Once you send this request from the app, Admin will take the action on it.
Its now admin turn whether he can Decline this request, delete or convert to task.
