New Bill (Ad-hoc)
Comprehensive and Sophisticated Billing can be easily done in ERPCA by simply filling the required details of the customer and task which has to be billed.
There are two type of bills- Adhoc & Structured.
Follow the instruction as given in the page below. Navigate: "Billing ---> New Bill (Ad-hoc)"
Adhoc billing is used to enter any line item irrespective of if the task is created or not. Maximum 5 line items can be added in the invoice.
Structued invoices are completely task oriented.
- Select Billing Register
- Create Structured Invoice
In Structured invoice, you can
- Create invoice for multiple services given to customer during year.
- You can combine multiple work-category of services given.
- Can have multiple line item in invoice or a single description of all services can be given.
- Claim the expense(s) for reimbursement.
- Create GST/Non-GST based invoices.
Then following image will give a clear view.
Note: Invoice created for multiple task cannot be edited later. You will need to DELETE and create again for any kind of mistake you do during invoice creation. Please be sure to check bill preview before submission.
