Record Payments:
Record payment is for updation of payments received against Invoice raised. Billing register displays all the bill details as per the sequence of bill no.
Select the Respective bill-------Click on Actions------>Select Record Payment
Mention the various details and record the payment received against the invoice.
Here you can keep log and track of all the part payments received against any Invoice. Once you log the part payment or advances received against the Invoice, system will automatically give you exact amount balance against that particular Invoice.
