Pre-condition - Do not use ' and " sign in excel


In Import Bill - There are many fields in excel but only 8 basic fields are mandatory. Lets discuss all the options brief:


1. Sr No -  

  • Accept only numeric values
  • This field is mandatory.
  • Do not enter any blank spaces before and after values

2. Customer Code - 

  • Enter only Customer Code which accept alphanumeric, characters, numeric values
  • Added Customer code must be (already) assigned to existing Customer
  • Do not enter any blank spaces before and after values

3. Customer Name - 

  • This field is mandatory 
  • Accept Characters values only
  • Do not enter any blank spaces before and after values

4. Customer ERPCA UID - 

  • This field is mandatory
  • You can copy paste this URI from the Customer Detailed Report (link is already given in Note point no 2)
  • Do not enter any blank spaces before and after values

5. SAC\HSN Code - 

  • This field is mandatory 
  • Enter valid numeric values
  • Do not enter any blank spaces before and after values

6. Invoice description - 

  • Enter only Customer Code which accept alphanumeric, characters, numeric values
  • Do not enter any blank spaces before and after values

7. Invoice No - 

  • Enter only alphanumeric values
  • Can accept some special characters like \ - etc
  • Do not enter any blank spaces before and after values

8. Invoice Date - 

  • This field is mandatory 
  • Enter YYYY-MM-DD format only
  • Do not enter any blank spaces before and after values

9. Fees - 

  • This field is mandatory 
  • Enter numeric values only
  • Do not enter any blank spaces before and after values

10. GST Amt - 

  • Enter numeric values only
  • Do not enter any blank spaces before and after values

11. SGST Amt - 

  • Enter numeric values only
  • Do not enter any blank spaces before and after values

12. CGST Amt - 

  • Enter numeric values only
  • Do not enter any blank spaces before and after values

13. IGST Amt - 

  • Enter numeric values only
  • Do not enter any blank spaces before and after values

14. Net Amount -

  • Enter numeric values only
  • Do not enter any blank spaces before and after values
